IMPORTANT
Because I will be moving overseas in early 2024 and my limited VISA will forbid me to receive payment as an artist, once I moved my commission slots will be closed until further notice.All commissions that are submitted during October 2023-January 2024 will have no clear deadline, and will be worked on through 2024 and 2025 if needed.To make sure the amount arrived safely, all payment for 2024-2025 slots need to be fully finished on:
・V-Gen - December 24, 2023
・Direct Paypal (for repeating client) - December 30, 2023
・Direct Wise/Wise bank account - January 10, 2024(The dates are subject to change without prior notice. I will announce as soon as I know)Please only submit your commission if you agreed to these conditions.Although I won't be able to take commissions as often as before due to company work nor do I know when can I open again, I will try to find a way to receive commission again as soon as I can. For now, if you are interested in commissioning me, I would be happy if you use this opportunity ^^I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience.

- Go straight to VGen and process your commissions over there.Direct order
- Read the ToS thoroughly
- Message me on discord, email, facebook or other platform of your choice. I advice to use discord or email as the main contact.
- You will need to fill in a form of informations I need to process your order
- I will give you estimate and you can confirm your order. Once confirmed, I will send you invoice.
- Pay the invoice and send the transfer receipt to me. Your slot is kept after the balance arrived at my account.
- Please wait for your turn. You can check Trello for queue

Payment, Cancelation, & Refund

・Full payment upfront
・Partial payment available only for commercial commission and personal commission above USD 300
・No cancelation & refund after payment
・In case of the commissioner asking for the work to be cancelled, there will be no refund.I may refund your balance if and only if
・Luca Delucio as the artist cancelled the commission
・Luca Delucio as the artist failed to deliver priority commission in time
In these case, given that the client did not breach any agreements,
I will refund your balance in full reduced by administrational fee.Payment Method:
